DIG Khan assumes responsibility of Madhesh Pradesh Police Chief

Kathmandu. Deputy Inspector General of Police (DIG) Masaud Alam Khan has assumed the responsibility of Madhesh Pradesh Police Chief.

DIG Masaud Alam Khan was recently promoted from Senior Superintendent of Police (SSP) to Deputy Inspector General of Police (DIG).

The then Madhes Pradesh Police Chief DIG Umesh Ranjitkar was transferred and replaced by Masaud Alam Khan.

DIG Masaud Alam Khan has reached Janakpur and assumed command of the state police since Monday. 

DIG Masaud Alam Khan was welcomed by the police personnel working at the Madhesh Pradesh Police Office, Janakpur.
